Responsibilities
- Engage high-profile prospects through sales outreach, preparation of briefs, and representation at high-impact industry events.
- Drive thought leadership on Fetch and AI's role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
- Convert partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships and secure long-term revenue commitments.
- Articulate Fetch's value proposition and advertising products.
- Plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership using performance predictions, investment-path modeling, streamlined revisions, formatted outputs, and data-backed recommendations.
- Interpret datasets and generate insights using AI-powered dashboards, market intelligence platforms, and campaign optimizers.
- Develop and improve strategic playbooks, best practices, onboarding tools, and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Create solutions for complex sales challenges and revenue opportunities by designing, testing, and refining strategic pitches.
- Forecast the book of business quarterly and annually and develop gap-to-quota plans.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene, manage pipelines, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.
- Coach peers and provide feedback, sales planning, and strategic guidance.
- Participate in hiring and help shape the partner manager team's culture and structure.
- Share partner feedback, industry trends, and process improvements with the team.
- Manage complex partner-account organizations and drive executive buy-in.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

- Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with implementation, analytics, or sales teams.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $135,000-$159,000.
- On-target earnings range: $236,250-$278,250, excluding accelerators and sales plan incentive funds.
