What You’ll Do

Lead Full-Cycle Implementations
- Drive implementations from kickoff to go-live, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding complex scientific and regulatory workflows and ensuring their successful lift-off.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define deliverables, manage scope, address technical challenges, and adapt solutions for regulated environments.

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issue escalation to ensure punctual, high-quality delivery.

Product Feedback & Process Improvement
- Capture customer insights to inform product enhancements; contribute to refining internal implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to scale operations efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of client-facing implementation experience - Successfully led enterprise software or platform deployments, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries. Specifically looking for 2+ years experience with Windchill and industry knowledge of Life Sciences Quality or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Project Management - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery. Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
- Thorough and Detail-Oriented - Known for a meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution. Able to anticipate gaps, catch inconsistencies, and ensure deliverables standards.
- Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences. Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Bonus Points - Prior experience at a startup — able to wear multiple hats, thrive in ambiguity, and build structure in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
