The Advisor Engagement & Enablement Manager designs and facilitates training programs, workshops, and learning experiences to help travel advisors build and grow successful businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and facilitate high-impact advisor learning experiences across virtual and live formats.
- Lead advisor-facing training sessions, workshops, and educational programming that support business growth and professional development.
- Partner with Advisor Development, Advisor Success, Advisor Activation, Community, and other cross-functional teams to identify advisor needs and deliver relevant, timely support.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and serve as a trusted resource for business building guidance, industry best practices, and advisor development.
- Continuously refine training content and learning experiences based on advisor feedback, performance insights, and evolving business priorities.
- Support key moments throughout the advisor lifecycle by providing coaching, guidance, and resources that help advisors succeed.
- Model best practices for building and growing a travel advisory business, drawing on firsthand industry experience and a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem.
- Contribute to the expansion of internal expertise and collective capacity to support advisors across a wide range of topics, specialties, and business stages.
- Travel as needed to support in-person events, advisor experiences, and key market activations, with potential opportunities for international travel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience including 2+ years of experience as a travel advisor or in a closely related travel or hospitality role.
- Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, development, facilitation, or educational programming in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of the stages of building and growing a travel advisory business, including the strategies, tools, and industry partnerships that contribute to success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high standard for quality and execution.
- Demonstrated empathy, sound judgment, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in New York City or willing to relocate.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience building, launching, or growing a business, whether professionally or through entrepreneurial endeavors.
- Experience coaching others on business development, sales, marketing, social media, or audience growth strategies.
- Prior leadership experience in academic, community, or professional settings.

- Familiarity with niche travel segments, specialized advisor business models, or emerging trends within the travel industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90k–$130k + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired.
