About the role
What we’re looking for
Experience:
At least 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies
Experience hiring technical talent (especially engineers) is essential
Startup mindset:
Comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed, autonomy, and ownership matter
Enjoy building processes where none exist and iterating quickly
Technical recruiting expertise:
Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets
Understand developer profiles, technical hiring signals, and how to engage top technical talent
End-to-end ownership:
Run the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing strategy and outreach to interview design, candidate experience, and closing
Talent strategy:
Partner with founders and leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and structured hiring processes
Relationship building:
Strong ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
Operational excellence:
Organized, data-driven, and able to build systems that scale as the company grows
