Senior Real Estate Coordinator
Manages corporate real estate transactions, portfolio operations, and strategic planning across India and the Asia Pacific region, while supporting global flex-office transactions. The role requires at least five years of multinational corporate real estate experience, financial modeling expertise, and strong cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Execute Asia Pacific / India flex real estate plans to deliver key real estate portfolio metrics.
- Support the Global Transactions Lead on flex office transactions in EMEA and the Americas.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, AV, Security, ESG, and external real estate providers on transactions and project management.
- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders across the Asia Pacific / India region and provide excellent real estate customer service.
- Maintain regional data integrity to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize property assets, including cost and space reduction opportunities.
- Support strategic regional and global portfolio analysis, planning, and reporting, including lease administration, environmental data, and insurance.
- Apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve portfolio reporting, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Apply real estate industry best practices and follow corporate policies and procedures.
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring accountability and results.
- Establish business requirements with senior leaders, determine real estate strategies, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the Global Transactions Lead and internal client functions on transaction planning, project planning, and execution.
- Prepare business cases and submission documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate real estate transaction or portfolio management experience with a multinational corporation.
- Experience influencing and driving results through external partners and leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
- Financial analysis and modeling experience.
- Experience applying AI tools to real estate portfolio management and reporting is strongly preferred, including AI-assisted lease abstraction, portfolio analytics, forecasting, or dashboard automation.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, process-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and drive change across the region.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload amid changing requirements.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and local business leaders.
- Solid organizational skills.
