Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing engineering teams at product-driven tech companies, with 5+ years in engineering
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who excels at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to move fast and deliver results in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Recent hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript and CI/CD practices
- User-focused problem solver with a passion for building elegant, practical solutions
- Continuous learner who loves mentoring others and elevating the entire team
