Engineering Manager, Growth
Leads and scales the Growth engineering team, owning acquisition funnels and AI-powered intake systems that move leads through to bound coverage. Requires people-management experience, end-to-end growth optimization, cross-functional partnership, and hands-on technical leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Growth engineering organization, expanding the team from 5 to approximately 10 people.
- Manage individuals, support career development, and hire new team members.
- Drive lead acquisition across web, aggregators, social, paid, organic, and other distribution surfaces in partnership with growth and marketing.
- Own intake capacity and ensure leads progress through intake to completed, bound coverage.
- Architect and build Voice AI systems that support intake at scale.
- Partner closely with growth marketing, sales, and operations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including architecture, unblocking engineers, code reviews, and writing code.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a line manager.
- Direct management experience with teams of 6 or more.
- Experience in a product-first company and product-first role.
- Experience optimizing growth funnels end to end.
- Experience working in operations-heavy environments and partnering with non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to remain hands-on with code and technical architecture.
- Ability to move quickly in a high-velocity environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Track record of hiring and building a team from scratch.
- Experience with Voice AI or real-time conversational AI systems.
- Experience partnering directly with growth marketing and sales.
- Prior startup experience, especially in a hyper-growth company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $225,000–$275,000.
