Engineering Manager
Leads the Network Value engineering team, setting its roadmap across provider segmentation, efficiency ranking, and subnetworks while owning externally committed launches and metrics. The role requires engineering management and software engineering experience, strong product judgment, and comfort with data- and ML-heavy systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow the Network Value engineering team of approximately five to eight engineers.
- Own delivery on externally committed launches and metrics, including guardrails.
- Set the technical and operational roadmap across segmentation, provider efficiency ranking, and subnetworks.
- Develop the team through weekly 1:1s, mentorship, and direct feedback; grow a tech-lead layer.
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Data Science, and Commercial to iterate quickly and rigorously.
- Contribute to broader group and company strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams that delivered business outcomes through technical investment.
- Strong product mindset and cross-functional relationships that build trust with users and stakeholders.
- Experience owning an externally committed metric or launch date.
- Comfort with data- and ML-heavy systems, including measurement, experimentation, and metric guardrails.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated, high-trust domain.
- Experience with value-based care, utilization management, cost-of-care analytics, or marketplace ranking.
- Experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure.
