Own the commercial health, retention, and expansion of a large portfolio of cloud-platform customers through scalable engagement programs, usage analytics, renewals, and cross-functional partnership. Requires 5+ years in customer-facing account management or customer success, ideally in cloud infrastructure or developer tooling.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 commercial accounts using a scalable, one-to-many engagement model.
- Build and run programs that drive customer adoption and expansion, including onboarding journeys, product education, lifecycle campaigns, webinars, office hours, and targeted nurture programs.
- Share best practices, playbooks, and technical guidance in partnership with Customer Engineers.
- Use account health signals and product usage data to prioritize targeted interventions and mitigate churn risks.
- Own contracting motions, including renewals, annualization or commitment motions, and standard commercial expansion; partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface customer insights and influence programs, content, and product improvements.
- Track adoption, retention, renewal or commitment conversion, and expansion performance; iterate programs based on results.
- Represent the company with authenticity, curiosity, and technical credibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in cloud infrastructure or developer tooling.
- Demonstrated success managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
- Experience using product usage data or analytics to identify customer health risks and expansion opportunities.
- Ability to connect customers’ technical challenges with broader business goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders ranging from senior engineers to C-level executives.
- Familiarity with product-led growth environments and self-service customer engagement.
- Ability to build processes and playbooks in an ambiguous, early-stage function.
- Empathy and passion for helping developers and engineering teams succeed.
