Responsibilities
First 30 Days
Own interview scheduling for assigned searches, coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics.
Maintain exceptional data quality in Ashby.
Learn recruiting workflows and identify friction points.
First 60 Days
Own candidate logistics end-to-end, including interview scheduling, travel, onsite coordination, interview preparation, and offer-to-onboarding handoffs.
Facilitate debriefs and keep interview feedback moving.
Improve at least one recruiting workflow, SOP, or operational process.
Partner with recruiters and leadership on reporting for pipeline health, interviewer utilization, funnel conversion, and time-to-fill.
First 90 Days
Own a recruiting dashboard or operational metric used by leadership.
Support recruiting events, employer branding initiatives, and other talent programs.
Help build scalable recruiting systems that improve speed, consistency, and candidate experience.
Proactively identify problems before they become bottlenecks.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination or Recruiting Operations, ideally in high-growth technology companies.
Experience supporting fast-moving recruiting teams with multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities.
Deep ATS experience; Ashby preferred, with Greenhouse or Lever also welcomed.
Strong understanding of data quality, workflows, and recruiting operations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High agency and a proactive approach to fixing broken processes.
Systems mindset, including an interest in automation, simplification, and process improvement.
Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
