Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles from kickoff and sourcing through offer close, partnering with leadership, hiring managers, and recruiting peers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies, competitive mapping, and strategic outreach.
Use recruiting metrics to guide work, interpret pipeline health, surface risks, and present insights to hiring partners.
Advise hiring teams during calibration, debriefs, and final decision-making.
Create exceptional candidate experiences by communicating the company’s product, mission, and market opportunity.
Collaborate with Recruiting Operations, coordinators, and recruiting teammates to ensure a smooth, consistent, and scalable hiring process.
Contribute to building a diverse, high-performing organization aligned with long-term growth goals.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on engineering roles, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Comfort working in ambiguity and helping hiring teams build structure and effective recruiting practices.
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of recruiting metrics and conversion rates, with a desire to improve operations.
Demonstrated success closing candidates.
Genuine interest in diversity and inclusion and a commitment to incorporating it into recruiting practices.
Business-first attitude and interest in joining a small, ambitious team.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $123,500–$195,000 per year.
Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
