About the role

What We're Looking For

  • Strategic Partnership Operator (AI-native): Excited by partnership-led growth; translate ambiguous opportunities into business cases, decision memos, and operating plans.
  • Deal Economics & Modeling: Model complex structures like usage-based pricing, commit deals, revenue shares, referral/reseller programs, co-sell motions; communicate tradeoffs.
  • Business Systems Builder: Build contract-to-cash workflows, invoicing, partner payments, tracking, attribution, post-deal governance.
  • High-slope talent profile: Learn fast, take ownership, thrive in low-structure environments; move from 0→1 and 1→10.
  • Technical & analytical: Strong spreadsheet skills; comfortable with data (SQL, BI tools); use AI tools/agents for automation.
  • Finance & BizOps Experience: 8+ years relevant experience, including 4+ years in strategic finance or BizOps. Open to investment banking/VC/consulting. Bachelor's degree required.

What You'll Do

  • Own partnership economics: Build models/business cases for strategic partnerships (hyperscalers, LLM providers, platforms), including pricing, unit economics, scenario analyses.
  • Operationalize partnerships end-to-end: Design/run processes for partner onboarding, billing flows, revenue share calculations, internal enablement, ongoing reporting.
  • Create clear measurement: Define success metrics (financial/product outcomes); build dashboards and operating cadence.
  • Support negotiation and governance: Prepare negotiation support (term comparisons, guardrails, redlines); set up post-sign governance (QBRs, escalations, renewal readiness).
  • Build an AI-native function: Use AI agents/automation for partner analysis, contract summarization, reporting—prioritizing speed/correctness.
