Responsibilities
- Own partnership economics end-to-end, including pricing structures, unit economics, margin and compute cost implications, scenario analyses, incrementality, and long-term value creation.
- Design and operationalize partnership processes, including partner onboarding, billing flows, revenue-share calculations, attribution tracking, invoicing, and ongoing reporting.
- Own an accurate, auditable, and scalable contract-to-cash workflow.
- Lead deal structuring and negotiation support from early-stage evaluation through final term-sheet negotiation.
- Prepare executive-ready recommendations with clear tradeoffs, guardrails, and redlines.
- Identify recurring contract risks and build internal frameworks that support fast, financially disciplined decision-making.
- Use AI agents and automation to replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience structuring complex technology partnerships, such as usage-based pricing, compute-commit deals, revenue shares, referral and reseller programs, co-sell motions, and first-party product integrations.
- Experience building partnership P&Ls, deal-pricing frameworks, margin and compute-cost analyses, and payback curves.
- Strong analytical skills and expert Excel modeling skills.
- Comfort working with data, SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent.
- Foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, combined with operational experience in strategic finance, partnerships finance, or deal operations at a high-growth AI or technology company.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, low-structure environments and take ownership quickly.
