Responsibilities
- Deploy software and AI into high-stakes operations for leading institutions.
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial customer conversations through production delivery.
- Embed with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver outcome-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
- Work with large-scale data and develop solutions where existing assumptions break down.
- Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production systems tailored to customer needs.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders ranging from frontline users to executives.
- Travel 25–50%, depending on team and location.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- At least 6 months of relevant post-college work experience.
- Experience developing secure applications.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability management, access controls, permissions, and privacy considerations across the software development lifecycle.
