Product Manager

Owns end-to-end product development for consumer fintech products like banking, BNPL, payments, investing, and crypto. Collaborates with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features quickly using data and AI tools. Requires 2-7 years PM experience in consumer tech or fintech.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Build and improve products across areas like high-yield savings, investing/crypto, peer-to-peer payments, and buy now, pay later (BNPL)
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality, customer-facing features quickly
  • Use data and experimentation to make decisions and improve outcomes
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and financial outcomes

Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or fast-growing environments
  • Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output
  • Experience working on products such as banking, payments, lending, BNPL, or other consumer financial tools
  • Strong sense of urgency: move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, focus on shipping to a timeline
  • High level of ownership: take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end to end
  • Ability to make solid product decisions without overthinking or over-relying on frameworks
  • Comfort with ambiguity, to make progress even when things are not fully defined
  • Low ego and strong collaboration skills
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
  • 401(k) plan with company match
