Senior Product Engineer
Senior Product Engineer serving as the technical lead for EMEA, owning customer-facing AI product areas across data pipelines, LLM workflows, analytics, and web interfaces. The role requires at least four years of engineering experience, strong technical leadership, and expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.

Responsibilities
- Set architecture, reliability, and performance standards for the Dublin engineering hub.
- Make technical trade-offs explicit and maintain high engineering quality standards.
- Mentor and support engineers while building a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
- Work directly with EMEA customers to translate complex problems into shippable work and measure outcomes.
- Own critical systems end to end, including:
- Data and retrieval pipelines processing thousands of conversations per day across Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce.
- LLM evaluation and generation flows, including prompting, retrieval, safety guardrails, evaluations, and observability.
- Real-time scoring, analytics, and coaching loops for measurable customer-experience improvements.
- Fast, resilient user interfaces using Next.js and React.
- Partner with teams in San Francisco and Dublin across product, design, and go-to-market.
- Contribute to technical direction, product architecture, tooling, roadmap decisions, and cross-cutting refactors or performance projects.
- Participate in customer demos and occasional customer on-site visits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, ideally at a Series A–C startup.
- Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products.
- Strong technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, leading technical decisions, or architecting significant product areas.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.
- Ability to work quickly, navigate ambiguity, and independently tackle challenging problems.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Dublin office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Experience with notable or technically challenging projects.
- Experience working with LLMs, retrieval, evaluation, safety, and observability systems.
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce integrations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €100,000–€140,000 annually.
