What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies
- Build and shape a high performing product team
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals
- Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs
- Work with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale
- Exceptional product thinking, with demonstrated ability in building customer centric product strategy for a business and delivering on them
- Player and coach, who can drive individual projects while also building and shaping a high performing product team
- High "EQ" with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams
- Strong bias to action and fearlessness in getting hands dirty
- Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication
- Interest and willingness to meet customers, travel expected 25% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation ranges by location:
- San Francisco, California: $239,000—$299,000 USD
- U.S. metropolitan areas (Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City Area, Seattle, Washington D.C.): $229,000—$286,000 USD
- Other locations in the United States: $208,000—$260,000 USD
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units
- Benefits include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401k contribution
