AI Operations Lead
Lead AI Operations by building, shipping, and evaluating internal AI agents and workflows to automate busywork and drive leverage across Support, Ops, GTM and other teams. Requires hands-on experience shipping AI tools plus strong cross-functional communication.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations that make internal teams (Support, Ops, GTM, and beyond) faster and more effective.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring to determine whether AI workflows are actually working.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify workflows worth automating versus those that should remain human, based on evidence.
- Drive adoption of shipped AI agents to ensure teams actually use and trust them.
About You / What You’ll Bring
- 2-5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, technical program management, or applied AI, with hands-on building experience.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered tools, prototypes, or automations (portfolio or examples strongly preferred).
- Fluent with modern AI coding and agent tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
- Comfort with light coding or low-code/agent tooling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional influence.
- Ability to discuss problems with both technical engineers and non-technical operators.
- Care as much about whether something works as whether it shipped.
