Senior Life Actuary responsible for designing and maintaining Life, Annuity, and Health actuarial models, supporting client onboarding, demos, and technical guidance. Requires ASA/FSA-level qualification, 7+ years of relevant experience, actuarial platform expertise, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert, providing modeling best-practice guidance, onboarding, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
- Run product demonstrations and proof-of-concept pilots for prospective clients.
- Design, build, and maintain Life models and reports across Life, Annuity, and Health products.
- Monitor regulatory updates and translate them into requirements for models and reports.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to actuarial thought leadership through conferences, presentations, and webinars.
- Recommend and help prioritize platform features to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Fully qualified actuary (ASA/FSA or equivalent).
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial experience across Life and Annuity products and STAT and GAAP regulations.
- Hands-on experience with actuarial modeling platforms such as SLOPE, AXIS, ALFA, or Prophet.
- Experience in valuation, product pricing, and/or asset-liability management.
- Strong modeling skills and interest in programming, AI, data visualization, or related technology.
- Ability to communicate software value clearly and respond to objections in a sales setting.
- Strong learning ability, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building dashboards and reports with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Bermuda reinsurance.
- Experience automating processes with programming scripts or AI.
- Fluency in a second language.
