Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the full stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Write clean, tested code that other engineers can understand and build on.
- Work side-by-side with product and design — roles blur here, and engineers have influence on what we build and why.
- Develop your own perspective on the product by engaging directly with customer feedback.
- Continuously improve your craft — we invest heavily in tooling, including AI coding assistants.
Qualifications
- 1-4+ years of experience building customer-facing software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong development experience with modern, strongly-typed programming languages such as Java, C#, TypeScript, or Go.
- Proficient with SQL databases and relational schema design.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and React/Redux is a plus.
- Experience deploying software in distributed environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- A full-stack, can-learn mindset — willing to work outside your comfort zone across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the humility to seek, receive, and incorporate feedback.
