Lifecycle Email Manager
Own Creative Fabrica’s behavior-driven email and lifecycle strategy across activation, conversion, retention, and reactivation. The role requires hands-on journey building, segmentation, experimentation, conversion copywriting, analytics, and experience with modern CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle strategy across activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Build and continuously improve automated, behavior-based onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
- Identify actions that predict activation, conversion, and retention, and create behavioral triggers.
- Develop retention, re-engagement, win-back, and churn-prevention campaigns.
- Segment users by behavior, interests, subscription status, engagement, and other signals.
- Write conversion-oriented email concepts, subject lines, messaging, and calls to action.
- Run structured A/B tests across messaging, offers, timing, frequency, segmentation, and journeys.
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, spam complaints, and communication frequency.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance, report incremental business impact, and document successful journeys.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, retention, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience building automated lifecycle journeys and behavioral campaigns.
- Experience with modern email or CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of deliverability and sender reputation.
- Strong grasp of segmentation, triggers, user journeys, lifecycle stages, activation, conversion, retention, churn, and reactivation metrics.
- Strong conversion copywriting skills and excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience running A/B tests and structured experiments with product and behavioral data.
- Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
- Ability to independently take opportunities from analysis through campaign creation, launch, and evaluation.
- Commercial, high-output, customer-minded approach.
Nice to Have
- Consumer subscription or freemium product experience, including conversion, churn prevention, and win-back programs.
- Experience with sophisticated behavioral segmentation, personalization, or AI-assisted lifecycle communication.
- SQL or experience querying customer data, measuring incremental impact, or using holdout/control groups.
- Experience with push notifications, in-app messaging, or other lifecycle channels.
- Experience building lifecycle programs in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
