About the role
Key Responsibilities
Onboard teams ranging from startups to mid markets to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support their smooth transition onto the platform
Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for mid market prospects
Assist sales and other departments as a product specialist on our billing platform for mid market teams
Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc best practices on Prompt to teams of all sizes
Provide reporting training on Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting and AR practices, particularly accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis to support data-driven decision making
Support client accounting and finance teams in learning Prompt reporting suite
Deep knowledge of full revenue cycle and EDI/ERA role
Establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel
Understand unique team needs to configure and develop workflows with EMR/PM system
Maintain deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries
Promote customer satisfaction by delivering value and exceeding expectations
Provide guidance to billing success managers and interdepartmental partners
Minimum Requirements
3+ years in the medical billing industry
2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics
Experience working in or with mid market RCM companies with 50+ therapists, preferably in success or RCM leadership role
2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
Strong technical skills
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Passion for understanding and learning software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours
