Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues including async/bulk data processing and integrations.
Determine the appropriate solution: declarative, programmatic, an AI application, or outside the platform.
Build applied-AI solutions when they fit (e.g., an assistant or agent in place of a traditional form or page).
Contribute to adjacent systems and codebases.
Use AI tooling to accelerate development and codebase ramp-up.
Own the full lifecycle from architecture through support.
Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
Partner directly with GTM business owners and other systems owners.
Requirements
Deep, platform-level Salesforce expertise and sound engineering patterns.
3+ years hands-on Salesforce development: Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows.
Full-stack development fundamentals; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how web frameworks generalize beyond Salesforce.
Git and CI/CD.
