Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support month-end close processes.
- Maintain SOX-ready documentation and support internal & external audit requests.
- Leverage NetSuite and integrated tools (e.g., FloQast, Zip, Ramp) to streamline GL and close processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting; partner with Finance Systems & Automation teams to implement solutions.
- Contribute to projects that improve the scalability, speed, and accuracy of the monthly close process and global accounting operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience (public company, tech, or high-growth environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation
Target total compensation ranges from $121,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $110,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
