Partner Engagement Manager, U.S. Army Europe and Africa
Drives adoption, support, and expansion of Onebrief’s collaboration software within U.S. Army Europe and Africa. The role requires deep military headquarters and operational-planning experience, strong customer relationship skills, technical aptitude, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer relationship, from users up to Generals.
- Expand product usage across customer workflows.
- Communicate user needs to the product team and maintain strong product proficiency.
- Instill the Onebrief brand image.
- Enable expansion to Allies and Partners.
- Lead or support military exercises.
- Recommend product improvements based on user observations.
- Provide face-to-face and remote customer support.
- Develop an understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales.
- Coordinate with customers and product engineering during product incidents.
- Navigate military and political bureaucracy to win over future customers.
- Support software deployment and troubleshooting on classified networks.
Requirements
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- Ability to access Department of Defense facilities and installations.
- Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at tactical, operational, and strategic levels, or comparable government settings.
- Exposure to staff planning through Professional Military Education or military service.
- Familiarity with major military planning exercises and software deployment protocols on classified networks.
- Experience expanding business presence within a region, particularly with software or technology solutions.
- Customer support experience, both face-to-face and remote.
- Strong technical skills for mastering applications, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with customers on technical matters.
- Ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including cultivating trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and communicating with clarity and influence.
- Proactive, adaptable, autonomous, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced or ambiguous settings.
- Clear, concise, candid communication and strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with large military headquarters and operational planning.
- SAMS, JAWS, or SAW graduate background.
- Experience working with planners and senior military leaders, including Generals and Admirals.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $150,000-$180,000.
