About the role
Responsibilities
End-to-end technical recruiting for the Engineering team, including sourcing, implementing strategies, building playbooks, scheduling, and ensuring great candidate experience.
Partner with CTO and engineering hiring managers on high-velocity hiring.
Source passive candidates using creative outreach, community mapping, and relentless curiosity.
Run 20+ interviews per week while maintaining quality, process feedback quickly, and keep pipelines moving.
Build and improve hiring infrastructure, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring processes from first contact through offer.
Maintain high candidate-to-hire conversion rate and close 3-4 engineering hires per month.
Influence senior stakeholders with credibility and consultative skills.
Operate in ambiguity of a small, growing startup while turning it into defined processes.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
At least 2 years of experience operating in a startup or growth stage company.
Track record of recruiting top Engineering talent.
Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, takes initiative and risks.
Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
No ego and highly committed to deliver.
Open learning mindset and fast learner with capacity to grasp new complex topics.
