About the role
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations.
Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals.
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies.
Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Help build scalable recruiting processes, interviewer training programs, and talent assessment frameworks.
Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout every stage of the recruiting process.
Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support organizational growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
High standards, strong ownership mentality, and relentless focus on outcomes.
Nice to Haves
