About the role
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our ATS and documentation up to date.
Be the guardian of the candidate experience by making every touchpoint feel above and beyond.
Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale.
Learn the fundamentals of sourcing alongside our recruiters; over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar role.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating.
High candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI tools.
