About the role
You Will
Own full recruiting cycles — with a focus on early-career / entry-level hires
Source and engage high-potential candidates (new grads, 1–3 years’ experience) to build robust pipelines
Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results
Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
Serve as an ambassador of our employer brand — design outreach campaigns, referral initiatives, etc.
Experiment with and adopt modern recruiting tools (automation, AI-assisted sourcing, outreach personalization)
You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to high volume hiring
Exceptional organization skills; ability to track many parallel processes without dropping balls
Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’ll represent Flexport to many early-career candidates
Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops
Comfort working with metrics and data — you’ll use them to optimize your work
A growth mindset — you enjoy learning, adapting, and improving processes
Experience with sourcing automation tools, personalization of outreach, or employer branding initiatives
Internal mobility focus — many of our hires transition into other roles; you’ll help map and support career paths within the company
Cross-functional exposure — by focusing on GTM and operations, you’ll learn how different business areas run
Modern tools + experimentation — we encourage testing new sourcing / recruiting tech (e.g. AI-assisted tools, personalization, automation) to improve velocity and quality
Mentorship and growth — you’ll be developing under experienced recruiting leaders, with a clear path to senior recruiter / recruiting lead roles
Culture that values feedback, creativity, and iteration — your ideas will be taken seriously, and you’ll have space to try new things
