Sr Technical Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive technical triage, infrastructure visibility, and incident resolution for multi-cloud data enclaves and Generative AI software in air-gapped environments
• Serve as the secure-zone operational interface, unblocking complex GovCloud system interactions and handling analysis/triage for internal engineering teams
• Execute and adapt infrastructure scripts, automation tools, and diagnostic workflows within secure boundaries
• Identify and resolve systemic environment blocks; review infrastructure configurations for compliant patch deployment pipelines
• Navigate and implement operational frameworks within secure facilities (SCIF), ensuring GovCloud interactions meet federal security benchmarks

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Support Engineering, DevSecOps, or related technical operational role
• High-level proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Bash, or Java) with ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot software and infrastructure code
• Solid familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Hands-on debugging and systems administration experience inside AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong foundation in Linux/Unix systems engineering, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated patch deployment pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work out of McLean, VA secure facility, including flexibility for 24x7 operational coverage within a SCIF environment

• Active Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
• Prior experience supporting AWS WWPS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Federal Support, or high-side defense integration environments
• Experience navigating complex federal compliance frameworks, GovCloud boundaries, or air-gapped environment constraints
