Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical discussions to assess customer architectures, recommend containerized solutions, and facilitate enterprise deployments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in certain federal customer environments while coordinating with compliance and security engineering teams on POA&Ms.
- Establish integrations between customer systems and Celonis using built-in extractors, APIs, and Python.
- Guide customers on SSO, LDAP, user and group management, and provisioning best practices.
- Remove technical barriers to adoption, communicate risks and trade-offs, and support executive customer discussions.
- Document new integration and deployment scenarios.
- Identify reusable platform enhancements and collaborate with Product Development.
Requirements
- 5+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of a Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient Kubernetes applications.
- Active government clearance: Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret, with 18 months–2 years of remaining eligibility.
- Infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform.
- Customer-facing experience, project management capabilities, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise application security and compliance.
- Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to broad audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Helm or Kustomize.
- Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their command-line interfaces.
- REST/SOAP API management, Kafka or similar streaming technologies, SSO, LDAP, and Agile methods.
- Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large data volumes.
- GitHub and observability tools.
- Familiarity with standard AI tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $126,000–$149,000 USD for the Washington, D.C. location on a full-time schedule.
- Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
