Own the integrations ecosystem for an agentic AI platform, from roadmap and customer workflows through reusable platform capabilities and developer tooling. The role requires 5+ years of platform, API, integration, or ecosystem product management experience and technical fluency in integration architecture.

Responsibilities
- Define the integration ecosystem strategy for North, including roadmap, catalogue priorities, and partner posture, anchored to customer demand and revenue.
- Own North's integrations end to end and partner with strategic customers to define transformative, integration-based workflows.
- Derive generic, platform-level capabilities such as connector frameworks, authentication and identity, tool use, data synchronization, and permissioning.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineering to evolve integration work into reusable product, including scoping, sequencing, and development.
- Define the developer and partner experience, including APIs, SDKs, plugin models, and documentation.
- Instrument analytics to track adoption, time to stand up, and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform/API, integrations, or developer/ecosystem products.
- Track record of shipping integration, connector, or platform products with meaningful impact on adoption, expansion, or retention.
- Experience working directly with high-stakes customers and ecosystem partners.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data models, and integration architecture.
- Ability to assess first-party, partner, and self-serve tradeoffs.
- Analytical, metrics-first approach and strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and field/deployment teams.
- Experience with AI-first product management.
- Bias for shipping and iterating.
- Experience in several of the following domains: agentic AI, LLMs, automation, productivity, enterprise security, and compliance.
