Responsibilities
- Architect and build features across the full technology stack for high-scale financial institution onboarding.
- Build, enhance, and troubleshoot integrations with legacy banking infrastructure, core banking systems, and third-party compliance providers.
- Solve technical challenges involving multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, and bank-grade reliability.
- Work directly with banks to understand onboarding requirements and translate complex business logic into technical solutions.
- Own the performance, scalability, and reliability of systems processing millions of applications across hundreds of banking products.
- Collaborate with customers, product teams, and engineering leadership to iterate quickly and shape technical decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with modern web technologies, including React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong system design skills and experience building scalable architectures.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems in a business context.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with delivering business-impacting features.
- Strong understanding of user experience for consumers and bank employees.
- Willingness to work directly with customers and incorporate feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $140,000-$160,000.
