Develop and operate Go-based containerized microservices that process cloud telemetry and real-time events for a multi-tenant security platform. The role requires 2+ years building distributed systems, cloud API experience, and strong SQL, networking, and Linux skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop containerized microservices for a distributed, multi-tenant system processing real-time events, network telemetry, and data from public clouds.
- Design services and architectures, present and defend designs with peers, and deliver reliable implementations.
- Own critical features and subsystems throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements clarification through deployment and customer usage.
- Operate production systems and improve software supportability and resilience based on operational experience.
- Maintain code quality through developer testing and functional/integration testing.
- Partner with Product Management to refine requirements and solve customer problems.
- Mentor junior engineers, new graduates, and interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 2+ years of experience building distributed and scalable software and systems.
- Experience using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud at the API/programming level.
- Experience with Go and SQL.
- REST API client experience.
- Experience delivering containerized services, preferably on Kubernetes.
- General TCP/IP networking knowledge.
- Experience in a Unix/Linux programming environment.
- Passion for software development, continuous learning, and teamwork.
Nice-to-haves
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with networking and security controls.
- Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
