Leads consolidated forecasting, long-range planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and Board and investor narratives while building scalable finance infrastructure and managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated financial view, including the company-wide P&L forecast, five-year long-range financial model, annual budgeting process, and scenario analysis.
- Integrate inputs from Strategic Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, Investor Relations, and other teams into a reconciled, forward-looking view.
- Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles, variance analysis, management reporting, and weekly consolidated P&L outlooks.
- Prepare Board decks, investor materials, and quarterly business review packages that connect financial results to business drivers.
- Design and implement scalable, auditable forecasting processes aligned with Accounting’s close process.
- Establish Business Unit P&Ls and frameworks for internal capital allocation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team while partnering with the CFO, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, and other business leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated financial acumen and business impact.
- Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth or public technology company.
- Direct ownership of consolidated financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Deep understanding of GAAP financial statements and GAAP/non-GAAP frameworks.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and experience building complex financial models.
- Ability to influence cross-functional leadership and secure alignment on strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for Board, C-suite, and business audiences.
- Strong people-management experience developing high-performing Finance teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

- MBA.
- Experience building or transforming a consolidation or Corporate/Strategic Finance function at a newly public company.
- Familiarity with Adaptive, Oracle, Workiva, Pigment, Anaplan, or similar enterprise FP&A systems.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with consumer marketplace or on-demand commerce businesses.
