Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows from problem definition through shipped solutions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations.
- Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
- Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality.
- Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints.
- Own a significant product area or customer journey and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows and personas.
- Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and serve as a trusted design voice.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Design experience, ideally focused on complex B2B SaaS products.
- Experience thriving in fast-moving environments and operating at high velocity without sacrificing judgment or craft.
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction.
- Systems thinking and the ability to anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas.
- Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows, such as review, summarization, or guidance.
- Experience incorporating AI into daily design practice, including research, synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.
- Ability to design AI-assisted workflows that meaningfully support auditors.
- Proven usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work.
- Experience elevating teams through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique.
