Responsibilities
AI Integration, Prompting & Data Readiness
- Support KM strategies that prioritize AI readiness by structuring, cleaning, and chunking knowledge assets for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and search discovery.
- Develop, test, and refine prompt-engineering libraries and context-injection frameworks for internal AI tools.
- Support a global knowledge governance model covering AI ethics, data lineage, privacy, and automated content validation.
- Establish metadata schemas and taxonomy structures optimized for vector search and LLM ingestion.
Confluence Architecture & Technical Automation
- Architect Confluence space hierarchies, page blueprints, and workflows using native automation, Smart Values, REST APIs, and integrations with Jira, Slack, Teams, and AI tools.
- Build and maintain automated archiving, stale-content flags, and approval workflows.
- Audit and optimize Confluence and connected knowledge repositories to ensure AI agents use verified, authoritative sources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Leadership
- Advocate for a knowledge-first culture across Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Business teams.
- Translate AI, data, and technical KM concepts into actionable insights for non-technical leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with L&D and Enablement to design and deliver training on AI tools and governed knowledge bases.
Agile Project Management & Ecosystem Analytics
- Lead end-to-end KM projects using Agile frameworks.
- Track platform metrics, search query logs, and user feedback to optimize AI context windows and knowledge architecture.
- Monitor ecosystem health metrics and prevent information decay across automated knowledge pipelines.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Operations, or Technical Program Management within a fast-paced technology enterprise.
- Expert Confluence administration, advanced page design, macros, templates, agents, native automation, and Atlassian integrations.
- Experience with Jira, Atlassian Intelligence, API webhooks, LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Basic scripting and structured data formats, including JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, change management, Agile project leadership, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
