Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of user implementations as a lightweight project manager, ensuring planned go-live dates are met.
- Lead interactive technical workshops covering API integration, Dashboard utilization, fraud and Radar configuration, and financial reporting.
- Anticipate technical challenges and provide prescriptive guidance on API architecture and integration best practices.
- Advise users on dispute management workflows and reconciliation processes to support operational readiness.
- Provide a reliable, high-quality onboarding experience and customer support throughout implementation.
- Maintain current knowledge of Stripe products, features, and updates.
- Improve onboarding processes and documentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating user feedback.
Requirements
- High professional fluency in English, with the ability to explain complex API architecture to non-technical stakeholders and discuss business value with developers.
- 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering, preferably in API technologies or SaaS environments.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to read and debug code, understand RESTful APIs, and navigate complex technical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions suited to a user's business model.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in Italian.
- Experience with financial systems such as ERP and accounting platforms, online payments, or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience delivering live technical training or webinars to external users.
- Familiarity with code-level debugging in Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
Work Arrangement
- Based in Dublin, Ireland, with in-office attendance required.
