Product Manager
Product Manager responsible for owning complex projects from ideation through launch, building delightful consumer credit experiences and powerful B2B engagement tools for a fintech credit card and loyalty platform. Requires 4+ years PM experience, preferably in fintech or B2B platforms, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder skills.
About the job
What You’ll Do
- Take a nascent, simple-sounding project, flesh it out, and push it through the exhilarating/excruciating process of development and launch.
- Move from uninformed simplicity, to informed complexity, and ultimately to informed simplicity. Rinse and repeat.
- Own 2–3 complex projects at a time, each at different stages. Success hinges on delivering quickly and at high quality.
- Celebrate the little wins too - we get customer feedback every day and deploy multiple times a week.
- Support our roadmap, sprint planning, and long-term vision.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience and a track record of building amazing fintech products. You know what great looks like, and you love the process.
- Ideally you have spent time at a B2B or platform company, and understand what it means to build a platform (not custom software).
- Attention to detail. You care about making really great things – and can think through problems at a deep level. You know the magic is in the details – but you also know when to be scrappy and move fast.
- Effective in high-stakes rooms. You're comfortable in conversation with a wide array of stakeholders, even when the stakes are high. You value good preparation and a positive attitude. Ideally, you have experience working with large institutional customers / stakeholders.
- Interdisciplinary curiosity. You can get "nerdy" about a wide range of topics (in fintech and beyond). You're intellectually confident and humble: You admit when you don't know something. You listen, and ask great questions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual starting salary range of $175,000-$250,000 + equity + benefits.
- Meaningful Start-up equity.
- 100% health, vision & dental primary coverage; 75% for dependents.
- Catered lunches, $250/month commuter benefit, parental leave, team building events & happy hours, flexible PTO (min 15 days), Apple equipment, 401k plan.
