Builds and owns customer data integrations for hospital systems, designing production ETL pipelines and reusable connectors. Requires 4+ years experience with Python, SQL, AWS, and direct customer collaboration in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Own technical side of customer data integrations for hospital systems and suppliers
- Work directly with customers to understand systems, bring integrations into production
- Design reliable ingestion and transformation workflows
- Partner with data engineers and product managers to iterate on customer data feeds
- Ensure integrations are correct and production-ready
- Build reusable connectors and internal tools for faster, scalable integrations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years professional experience in engineering role
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building and operating data pipelines
- Strong engineering practices: production-grade systems, robust ETL pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Ability to work directly with clients: gather requirements, troubleshoot, deliver integrations
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience integrating with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle Cloud, Infor Lawson, PeopleSoft)
- Inventory Management systems (ParEx, TecSys)
- EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Experience in healthcare
