Responsibilities
Scope, plan, and deliver paid engagements covering LMS administration and technical configuration.
Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders and create statements of work with defined milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Run engagements spanning client HR, IT, Learning and Development, and compliance teams, ensuring commitments are met and escalating scope or deadline risks to the Professional Services Manager.
Configure Absorb LMS environments, including departments and roles, enrollment rules, automated workflows, branding, and e-commerce settings.
Advise clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders on data migration, single sign-on, REST API use, and scheduled data feeds; partner with Technical Services on build and testing.
Manage multiple concurrent engagements, tracking budgets, timelines, and scope while reporting status to clients and internal leadership.
Maintain engagement documentation, including configuration records, decision logs, and handover notes for Client Success and Support.
Serve as a consulting resource to internal teams on LMS administration and data questions outside standard support.
Requirements
3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, or SaaS LMS administration.
Hands-on administration experience with at least one commercial LMS, such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
Experience carrying multiple concurrent projects with separate budgets, timelines, and stakeholder groups through sign-off.
Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, and flat-file data feeds.
Comfort building reports, validating imports, and explaining results to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and HRIS or HCM integrations.
PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management training.
