Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will lead international revenue forecasting, cohort and retention modeling, and performance analysis while partnering with Marketing, Analytics, and Product. The role requires 5+ years of FP&A or financial modeling experience, strong communication skills, and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive forecasting models for international revenue, aligned with business goals.
- Work with and influence central teams to execute strategies and learning agendas.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Product to gather model inputs.
- Monitor performance against forecasts and recommend actions for key revenue drivers through data-driven analysis.
- Identify risks and opportunities early and provide actionable course corrections to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze cohort models to understand consumer behavior and implications for near-term and long-range planning.
- Develop appropriate reporting so teams and stakeholders can monitor business performance and identify issues early.
- Drive process improvements to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or demonstrated ability, in a business or quantitative field such as Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related forecasting and analysis roles.
- Proven experience developing and managing complex financial models.
- Experience with user retention modeling and cohort analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence leadership through concise, outcome-oriented presentations.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and provide actionable insights.
- SQL experience required.
