Global Payroll Operations Specialist
Own payroll processing, compliance, issue resolution, and partner coordination for Spain and selected countries while partnering with engineering and product teams to improve payroll software. Requires 4+ years of global payroll experience, Spain expertise, A3Innuva proficiency, and fluent Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
- Execute timely payroll processing, filings, and payments for customers across key countries.
- Resolve payroll issues and communicate with government agencies, external partners, and customers.
- Work with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports payroll and tax compliance requirements.
- Help address product bugs and issues, including calculation and file-generation errors.
- Prioritize and implement internal tooling requirements.
- Process payroll according to company guidelines, social security legislation, and local tax requirements.
- Review and validate payroll calculations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in global payroll processing.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong Spain payroll experience.
- In-house payroll processing experience using A3Innuva is required.
- Understanding of payroll concepts and regulations.
- Deep understanding of leave entitlements and labor legislation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Docs, Sheets, and Excel, for data analysis and task organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience running payroll in other EMEA countries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce queues, Jira, and Confluence.
