Senior Analyst, Fund Operations
The Senior Analyst will execute and control fund and investor transactions, reconcile cash and positions, and resolve operational exceptions across alternative investment vehicles. The role requires at least three years of fund or transaction operations experience and familiarity with alternative investments.

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end capital activity, including investor subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and investment trade bookings across private equity, venture capital, and private credit vehicles.
- Review investor and fund-level transaction requests for accuracy and remediation needs, including AML/KYC follow-up.
- Perform callback verifications, account validation checks, and wire confirmations before disbursement.
- Conduct daily and periodic cash, position, and transaction reconciliations across internal books, custodians, fund administrators, and bank accounts.
- Resolve processing breaks and transactional exceptions promptly.
- Collaborate with fund controlling, account management, product onboarding and delivery, sales, compliance teams, custodians, and administrators.
- Enforce dual-authorization controls, audit trails, and anti-fraud protocols across payment rails and transaction flows.
- Identify transactional bottlenecks and help update operational procedures to scale offshore processing capabilities.
- Handle custom reporting, non-standard transaction overrides, investor audit inquiries, and urgent fund-level data requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, middle-office trade processing, capital activity management, or transaction operations within asset management.
- Understanding of alternative investments, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to use AI tools and platforms to optimize operational workflows.
