Partner Engagement Manager, U.S. European Command

Requirements
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access Department of Defense facilities and installations.
- Proven experience leading operational planning in a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
- Exposure to staff planning through Professional Military Education or military service.
- Familiarity with major military planning exercises and software deployment protocols on classified networks.
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a region, particularly for software or technology solutions.
- Experience providing face-to-face and remote customer support and responding to incidents in coordination with customers and product engineering teams.
- Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters.
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and communicating with clarity and influence.
- Proactive, adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous settings.

- Own the entire customer relationship, from users through Generals and Admirals.
- Rapidly expand product usage across customer workflows.
- Train users and develop strategies to maximize product adoption.
- Communicate user needs and feedback to the product team.
- Maintain deep product proficiency and generate enthusiasm for product improvements.
- Reinforce the Onebrief brand with customers.
- Enable expansion to Allies and Partners.
- Lead or support military exercises.
- Recommend product improvements based on user observations.
- Provide face-to-face and remote customer support.
- Develop an understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales.
- Coordinate with customers and product engineering during product incidents.
- Navigate military and political bureaucracy and secure outcomes for customers.
- Become a power user of the product and discuss technical matters with customers and engineering.
