People Business Partner
The People Business Partner shapes and scales people strategy, advising leaders and managers across talent management, performance, employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning. The role requires 8+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology environment and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive key People functions for client groups, including:
- Manager enablement, including talent management, coaching, and training
- Workforce planning, change management, and people analytics
- Performance management, compensation, and succession planning
- Employee relations, including performance improvement plans, investigations, terminations, and compliance
- Identify individual, team, and manager development needs through periodic evaluations and frequent touchpoints.
- Partner with managers to implement strategies that improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, employee engagement, culture development, organizational design, change management, employee communications, and people development.
- Own the employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement.
- Execute additional People and general operations responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth technology environment.
- High level of both analytical intelligence and emotional intelligence.
- Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and interpret data.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience scaling teams in a high-growth technology company through an IPO.
- Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.
- Experience working in an international company, preferably in Japan, Korea, or Germany.
