Leads Attentive’s Australian enterprise and mid-market sales organization while serving as the senior regional leader. The role owns revenue performance, sales strategy, team development, cross-functional alignment, and market growth across Australia and APAC.

Responsibilities
- Act as the senior Attentive leader in Australia, owning regional commercial performance, market presence, and strategic direction.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements across the APAC operation.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australian and APAC markets.
- Transition the sales motion from a single-product SMS offering to a multi-product platform encompassing SMS, email, and AI products.
- Maintain expertise in the product suite, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Establish forecasting, pipeline management, and deal review processes.
- Set measurable expectations and build a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Australia-based Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, and Sales Development teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure a seamless customer experience from prospecting through retention.
- Partner with functional leaders in the UK and US to integrate Australian priorities into global planning.
- Develop executive relationships with strategic clients and key accounts across the Australian and APAC markets.
- Represent Attentive at industry events and client engagements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and decision-maker for regional matters.
- Provide market intelligence to global leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- At least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role managing quota-carrying sellers.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams, navigating matrix structures, and owning broad regional outcomes.
- Track record of executing sales strategies against ambitious targets in a high-growth environment.
- Strong executive presence and experience with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent operational and analytical capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Australian enterprise and mid-market buyer landscape is advantageous.
