About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead web deployment and hosting operations across our web properties
  • Work with product and marketing teams to develop compelling web experiences that showcase Parallel's core messaging and product features
  • Collaborate with dev rel and forward-deployed engineers on demos and cookbooks that help developers understand technical concepts like structured web search, confidence scoring, and multi-hop agentic research
  • Own the technical foundation and architecture decisions for our web presence as we scale

Requirements

  • Expert at modern front-end frameworks, maintainable UI architecture, and building UIs that feel intuitive, fast, and beautiful
  • Strong production experience with TypeScript, modern CSS, Vercel, and Sanity (or similar headless CMS platforms)
  • Understand responsive design, web performance, and accessibility
  • Can read API documentation, work effectively with backend teams, and have good instincts for what makes a developer tool feel intuitive versus frustrating
