Forward Deployed Software Engineer
Build and deploy custom, data- and AI-driven applications directly with customers, collaborating from architecture through deployment. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, fluent Korean and English, independent problem-solving, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow engineers on architecture and design decisions.
- Wrangle massive-scale data and use AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations.
- Develop custom applications tailored to customer needs.
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives.
- Shape team strategy and drive projects from ideation to deployment.
Requirements
- Speak fluent Korean and English.
- Have a strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset and interest in solving technical problems with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Have experience or interest in using large-scale data to solve valuable business problems.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments.
- Learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Be willing to travel to client sites as needed; 25–50% travel is preferred, depending on the team and location.
