Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles for headcount, discretionary program spend, and variable compensation or agency fees.
- Evaluate the financial impact, efficiency, and ROI of headcount additions, go-to-market investments, tools, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain capacity, utilization, and productivity models to align hiring and resource allocation with sales pipeline and business goals.
- Define, track, and analyze B2B SaaS metrics and operational data to optimize margins, delivery costs, and financial performance.
- Lead quarterly reviews with go-to-market executives and develop executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility and data-backed recommendations.
- Establish financial frameworks and models for commercial partner agreements, revenue recognition, and marketing attribution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
- At least 5 years supporting go-to-market organizations such as Services, Customer Success, Marketing, or Channel/Partners at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- 5+ years working alongside executive leadership to align operational execution with financial impacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics, key metrics, multi-touch attribution, and revenue recognition rules.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including building dynamic capacity and utilization models.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, business intelligence, and FP&A tools.
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills for creating executive-level narratives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and constructively challenge senior executives using objective data.

- MBA or CFA.
- Experience with Pigment, Salesforce, Workday, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, or Power BI.
