Build and operate AI-native tools, agents, integrations, and automations that improve go-to-market workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. - Implement reliability, evaluation, and data-quality guardrails for production AI features.
- Measure adoption and business impact to guide future development.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or software engineering involving data- or AI-driven applications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations that solve business problems.
- Deep familiarity with Clay or a comparable enrichment and automation platform and the broader GTM technology stack.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker, or similar tools.
- Ability to write scripts and connect systems through APIs and webhooks using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Ability to scope ambiguous stakeholder requests into measurable solutions and ship iteratively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice-to-haves
